Frank Chan is the Managing Director and one of the firm's founding partners. He started working in the IT industry in 1978 and worked in various disciplines with several leading-edge US technology vendors, including Oracle and NCR, before joining the executive search profession in 1986 (the really first batch of IT recruiters in Asia). Over the thirty plus years of extensive and intensive executive search work, Frank has successfully conducted and completed over 2,000 search engagements to fill middle management and senior executive level positions in IT, Internet and Telecommunications spanning the Asia Pacific region. A lot of the candidates he has placed are now holding high-impact positions in the industry. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hong Kong.    Find Frank on LinkedIn
